I had an early afternoon meeting with a wedding photographer and knew that I had to shower before… and seeing as I probably wouldn’t shower twice I decided it was best to do the workout before! I LOVE getting Kayla done in the morning because I don’t have to worry about it throughout the rest of the day.
Not much else to say.. We had a BBQ yesterday and I had way too much meat. After being a near-vegan for the past few weeks it wasn’t the best idea.. I’m going to try to up my fruits and veggies the next few days!! :)
